The Government of Romania: the important decision that will be taken today

The Romanian government decided restrictions

The Government of Romania is going to decide today the final measures that will be imposed in Romania starting on August 1st regarding the prevention of the spread of the Coronavirus in our country, and last night we presented you the recommendation adopted by the CNSU.

The Romanian government is still analyzing to see if it will oblige all Romanians to wear a mask in crowded public places, or if only certain areas will have such restrictions, if the terraces will have limited hours until 22:00/23:00 p.m., but also if the halls games of chance will have a similar limit.

The Romanian government will make a decision by tonight at 18:00, when a government meeting will take place so that the recommendations will be passed into a decision whose provisions will be imposed starting on August 1.

"We are still analyzing, we are still having discussions. What we analyze, we analyze whether we apply at the level of the whole country or only at the level of the areas, for example at the sea, in Bucharest, in counties where there is a wider level of spread, that is what we analyze.

It is also a measure that is related to limiting the number of people who are served to the number of seats on the terraces, precisely to avoid crowds on the terraces."
