Telekom succeeds in this period of the Coronavirus pandemic to offer great news for millions of customers from all over Romania, one that should be enjoyed by many people. More precisely, ANCOM announced some time ago the changes in mobile internet speeds offered by telecommunications service providers in Romania, and we are talking about considerable improvements for millions of customers all over the country.
Telekom is counted among the companies that managed to improve the mobile internet speeds enjoyed by customers in Romania at the moment, even if the change is not substantial. According to those from ANCOM, Telekom is no longer firmly in the third position in the top of the telecommunications operators in terms of the mobile internet speeds it offers for customers, and this is because Vodafone is no longer firmly above it.
Telekom: GREAT news for MILLIONS of Romanian Subscribers
Telekom, as you can see in the image above, manages to offer Romanian customers a minor improvement in download speeds for mobile internet, but it still exists. For upload, there is still an increase of almost 2.6 Mbps compared to 2018, which comes as very good news, because this way pictures and video clips will load faster on the social media or messaging applications that you use through Telekom network.
Telekom did not reveal that it has made too many improvements for its mobile phone networks in Romania, but it is quite clear that things are going for the better as far as it is concerned. Even in terms of download speed for mobile internet, there is not a big difference compared to Vodafone, which remained above Telekom, but at least there is an advantage in terms of upload speeds enjoyed by customers in Romania.
Telekom it has much lower prices than Vodafone's services, so its customers enjoy greater savings than the competition, although the services are comparable, at least according to ANCOM.
