Nelu Tataru says that any kind of new case of Coronavirus can cause a real outbreak, which of course has happened before, but everyone needs to respect the protective measures, and things could return to a somewhat normal course, so that there is a hope of reducing the number of new cases.
"We have three or four hard weeks to get on a plateau. Let's all participate in reducing the number of cases. Each new case can cause an outbreak. Restrictions will be taken at the local level, quarantine is not imposed at the national level."
