A huge record of deaths in just 24 hours was announced by the Romanian authorities, and we are talking about a number that should scare a lot of people because no less than 203 people infected with COVID-19 lost their lives in Romania from yesterday and until today.

"In the interval 10.11.2020 (10:00) - 11.11.2020 (10:00) 203 deaths (116 men and 87 women) of patients infected with the new coronavirus, hospitalized in hospitals in Alba, Arad, Argeș were reported , Bacău, Bihor, Bistrita-Năsăud, Botoșani, Brăila, Brașov, Buzău, Călărași, Caraș-Severin, Constanta, Covasna, Dâmbovița, Dolj, Galați, Giurgiu, Gorj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Iasi, Maramureș, Mureș, Neamț, Olt , Prahova, Sălaj, Satu-Mare, Sibiu, Suceava, Teleorman, Timiș, Tulcea, Vâlcea, Vaslui, Vrancea, Ilfov and the City of Bucharest.

Of these, 1 death was registered in the age category 20-29 years, 3 deaths in the age category 30-39 years, 5 deaths in the age category 40-49 years, 31 deaths in the age category 50- 59 years, 48 ​​deaths in the age category 60-69 years, 57 deaths in the age category 70-79 years and 58 deaths in the category over 80 years.

196 of the recorded deaths are of patients who had comorbidities, 5 deceased patients did not present comorbidities, and for 2 deceased patients no comorbidities have been reported to date."
