The Romanian government again denies the idea of imposing a general quarantine

The Romanian government denies the general quarantine

The Romanian government published the other day the decision by which the state of alert was reimposed in our country, a measure that we see applied monthly because the Coronavirus pandemic forces the authorities to take these measures, but all to avoid the imposition of quarantine.

The Romanian government does not want to reimpose the general quarantine for all of Romania, a measure that would block the whole country, the interim prime minister affirming again that the authorities' intention is not to block our country, which is extremely important for everyone.

"Interim Prime Minister, Nicolae Ionel Ciucă: Today, in the government meeting, we will analyze the draft government decision by which the state of alert will be extended. On this occasion, we also refute the fake news that announced that the lockdown is being re-entered.

It is the responsibility of each of us to act so that we can limit everything that means risk factors for the spread of the virus, it is a personal and civic responsibility. People have the power to understand how critical the situation is, and through everyone's contribution, we can complement the measures taken at the institutional level."
