More precisely, those from RCS & RDS have announced that the prices for roaming Internet traffic in the EEA area will be reduced by 21% for all customers, so no matter where you go in this area, you will pay less for mobile data.
RCS & RDS is going to charge a rate of 1.1 euro/GB of internet traffic instead of 1.4 euro/GB, so for every 10 GB we save 3 euro from the price we would normally have paid at the telecommunications operator. With a price of only 1.1 euro/GB of internet traffic, those from RCS & RDS offer Romanian customers the opportunity to spend more time online when they are out of the country, of course after consuming the traffic they already have allocated

RCS & RDS will impose these rates only after its customers have already consumed the internet traffic they have allocated for roaming as part of the signed subscription, so we are not talking about an immediate tariff. Under these conditions, RCS & RDS help Romanians not to worry so much about the internet traffic they consume when they are abroad, and they want to see whatever interests them, no matter how much traffic they have allocated standard in the subscription, or extra option for the prepaid card.
RCS & RDS announced that these new tariffs will become active starting on January 1, 2021, so in just 4 days, so that if you are abroad, you will enjoy this important change. RCS & RDS also reduces the prices for calls received when we are in the EEA area, so that even in this situation we are talking about a very big benefit that the telecommunications operator offers us from January 1, 2021.
RCS & RDS it does not in any way modify the limit of reasonable use, nor the maximum period of use of its services outside Romania, so from this point of view everything will remain fixed the same.
