Valeriu Gheorghita, the president of CNCAV, which deals with vaccination coordination in Romania, claims that in January another 600.000 doses of the vaccine against the Coronavirus will arrive in our country, in addition to the 150.000 that have already arrived.
Romania has vaccinated only 41.000 people against the Coronavirus so far, so these new 600.000 doses could remain unused if the pace of vaccination is not substantially accelerated during January, but also in February.
Valeriu Gheorghita was vaccinated today against the Coronavirus, he being the first important official involved in the fight against the Coronavirus to be vaccinated, before the president, the prime minister, the presidents of the Senate, the Chamber of Deputies, the ministers, etc.
