The Patriarch of Romania was vaccinated against COVID, according to CNCAV, and this is a very big step taken by the Romanian Church towards reconfirming the support of medicine, but also of serums that can protect people against a possible infection generated by COVID.
The Romanian Church has supported vaccination against COVID over time, but this is by far the biggest step towards supporting immunization so that the next waves of infections are not as strong.

Blessed Father Patriarch Daniel declared that he is vaccinated with the full schedule, two doses, and reminded people "to listen to the doctors".
The declaration was made today, at the Palace of the Parliament in the Capital, after the joint solemn meeting of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate devoted to the celebration of December 1, the National Day of Romania."
