Dozens of NATO Planes Constantly Patrol the Borders of Ukraine

NATO has officially announced that because of the war in Ukraine, no less than 30 planes are constantly patrolling the country's border with the countries that pretend to be part of the alliance, all in order to be able to monitor the situation as efficiently as possible, but also to any kind of violation of the alliance's airspace is prevented.

NATO says that it is about both fighter planes and support planes, that is, reconnaissance planes, or other types of planes that are meant to ensure the safety of countries that may be threatened by Russian planes in the region in this period with many challenges.

“In response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, NATO has up to 30 aircraft on patrol at any given time. To deter any potential aggression against Allies, NATO is deploying an unprecedented combination of fighter, reconnaissance and support aircraft."
