In Moldova, eastern Muntenia, Dobrogea, Banat, Crisana and locally in the Southern and Eastern Carpathians, the wind will have temporary intensifications and the weather will cool significantly. Thus, phenomena such as: heavy rains, electrical discharges, hail, heavy snowfalls, blizzards, extreme temperatures, hail, fog can occur.
During the night from Wednesday to Thursday, in depressions, the minimum temperatures will be negative and there will be fog.
