Russia would try to recruit soldiers in Transnistria for the battles it is waging in Ukraine during this period, according to some information provided by the Ukrainian army, the separatist region of the Republic of Moldova being at the center of significant provocations just a few weeks ago.
Russia's efforts to find soldiers to fight in the war in Ukraine have resulted in failures in Syria, and other countries in the Middle East, but the attempt to recruit people from Transnistria should not be a surprise, because there are many sympathizers of the Russians, as many of you already knew.
It is hard to say what kind of success Russia might have, or not, in recruiting soldiers in Transnistria to fight in Ukraine, but if it convinces the local regime to help it with the promise of intervening to force the total separation from the Republic of Moldova, he could get the help he needs.
