Ukraine managed to liberate 53 localities from the Kherson region following the counter-offensives carried out during the last 2 days, 46 of them were liberated yesterday, while another 7 were liberated today, a sign that the promises made by Volodymyr Zelensky are starting to come true for the citizens of the areas occupied by the Russians.
How much more success the Ukrainian soldiers will have in the attacks they will launch, remains to be seen, and this is because Russia has started to move many soldiers to the areas that the Ukrainian army has liberated, thus that it is possible that soon there will be new bloody battles between the 2 armies.
"The number of liberated settlements in the Kherson region reaches 53. Dmytro Butriy, acting head of the Military Administration of the Kherson region, said on August 2 that the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated 53 settlements in the Kherson region from Russian occupation.
