Volodymyr Zelenski, the president of Russia, stated that the discussions regarding the suspension of issuing visas for Russian citizens who want to travel to Europe are progressing, and after Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia announced that they support the measure, it is possible for other countries to take similar decisions.
Ukraine requested the imposition of this measure to put even more pressure on Russia to stop the war it started at the end of February, but countries such as France, Germany, the Netherlands, and probably others, are still not convinced that such a measure would must be imposed against Russia, despite everything that has happened so far.
"Discussions regarding the EU entry ban for Russian travelers are expanding daily. President Zelensky said in an evening speech that more countries and politicians are joining the conversation on visa restrictions for Russian citizens.
"When evil reaches such a scale, people's silence approaches the level of complicity. Therefore, if you have Russian citizenship and are silent, it means that you support it. And no matter where you are, both in Russia and abroad, your voice should be heard in support of Ukraine.''

And no matter where you are, both in Russia and abroad, your voice should sound in support of Ukraine."
