Minister of Education: LAST TIME, Official Announcements Sent to Students from All Romanian Schools

Minister of Education LAST TIME Official Announcements Sent to Students in All Romanian Schools

The Minister of Education made an important last-minute statement that brings to the attention of students, parents, and schools all over Romania one of the most important problems that could affect children, the respect of their rights in educational institutions, something that must be ensured by to the institution he leads.

The Minister of Education also talks below about some initiatives that he has already put into practice for students in Romanian schools, and this is because a series of extremely important government initiatives have been adopted, and are already being applied to our country in this moment.

"Today, among the students, we celebrated in advance the International Day of the Rights of the Child (the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child took place on November 20, 1989). At the initiative of World Vision Romania, I had the opportunity to enter into a dialogue with the teachers and students from the "Maica Domnului" High School in Roșiori and from Fierbinți-Târg Technological High School.

The joy of the meeting came from the opportunity to listen to them, for a few hours, enough time to appreciate how, with great ease, from the youngest ages, they have the courage to clearly and honestly describe the society they want: a space where their opinions are heard, where there is no discrimination and violence, a space of learning through dialogue and respecting the right to rest and participation.

I remain with the World Vision organization and we will look for solutions to scale the existing programs, such as "I want in the 450th grade" or "Bread and tomorrow". Regarding the hot meal, we have already increased the number of beneficiary schools to XNUMX, and the next round will be in March, when other schools will be able to sign up. The target we want to introduce in the new legislation is one million children who are beneficiaries of the "Hot Meal" program.

Related to free shipping, one of the priorities of my mandate is to make this process extremely easy for you kids. We are looking for the solution so that the transport does not have any cost for you.

Another aspect that I consider extremely important is extracurricular activities. For this topic, I want a collaboration and consultation with World Vision, to see how we can scale existing programs, such as the "I want in 9th grade" program. declared Ligia Deca during an event organized by the World Vision organization.
