The Minister of Health Measures LAST TIME Romanians Change the WHOLE Country Now!

The Minister of Health promised a series of very important measures for millions of Romanians throughout the country, and in some last-minute announcements he confirmed their implementation for the good of people throughout the country, something that of course comes as excellent news for us, one which we must not ignore.

The Minister of Health confirms below the fact that in 59 ambulatory units for children, separate circuits were made for the provision of pediatric medical care in the case of respiratory viruses, all with the idea of facilitating access to medical care for all these children, which is extremely important.

"Evaluation centers have been established that provide pediatric medical assistance in case of respiratory viruses, to facilitate access to medical assistance for children and to reduce crowding and waiting time in the Emergency Departments. For this, the order of the Minister of Health no. 1.513/2020. At the moment, at the national level, 59 ambulatory units for children, with separate circuits, are being prepared.

Children who have symptoms of respiratory virus will be evaluated clinically by the family doctor and, if necessary, clinically, imaging and biologically by specialist doctors in the evaluation centers. They have specially designed spaces with corresponding functional circuits. Children whose symptoms persist for more than 3-5 days or those whose symptoms worsen under the treatment already administered will be referred by the family doctor to pediatric evaluation centers.

Children with severe symptoms or those with risk factors will be directed by the family doctor or from the evaluation centers to the hospital (UPU/CPU). The clinical evaluation of the pediatric patient will be carried out in accordance with the Guide "Acute respiratory failure in infants - evaluation and immediate treatment", approved by the Pediatrics Commission of the Ministry of Health. The list of centers is published on the website of the Ministry of Health and of the county public health departments and of the municipality of Bucharest.

Regarding the information published in the press regarding the new framework contract developed by the National Health Insurance House, which would aim to reduce the number of medical services settled by the National Health Insurance House, we do the following The Ministry of Health remains consistent in the sense that outpatient medical services must remain as accessible as possible to patients.

This position of the Ministry of Health will be firmly supported in the discussions with the representatives of the National Health Insurance House, after the publication on the website of this institution of the project of the new framework contract developed by CNAS specialists. The best possible financing of the activity of family medicine and specialized ambulatory medical assistance must be a priority in order to achieve the necessary reform of the health system in Romania, including to be able to develop the prevention and screening programs that are part of the strategic framework of the medical system."
