Volodymyr Zelensky talks about the latest air attacks that Russia launched against Ukraine yesterday, no less than 76 cruise missiles were launched against several targets in the country, but 40 of them were targeted only the capital Kiev.
Volodymyr Zelensky praises the soldiers who fought to shoot down all these rockets that were heading at a very high speed on the various localities in Ukraine that were targeted by these attacks, and rightly so, because they managed to protect millions of people .
"First of all, I thank our Air Force fighters, our anti-aircraft fighters, intelligence and everyone who protects and helps protect the skies of Ukraine. Today's result is 60 missiles shot down. All air commands – Central, South, East and West were active.
And the fighters of the 96th anti-aircraft missile brigade, which protects the Kiev region, were especially effective. More than 40 missiles of the terrorists were destroyed in the sky of the central regions of the country and near Kiev. Thank you, warriors!
But unfortunately, there is a catch. Terrorists need such a large number of missiles in an attack that at least some of their "products" hit their intended targets. All their targets today are civilian, and these are mainly power and heat supply facilities.
No matter what the missile worshipers in Moscow hope, it will not change the balance of power in this war. They still have enough missiles for several such heavy hits. We have enough determination and self-confidence to bounce back from these knocks.
