WHO Sounds the ALARM WARNING Worrying the whole world

The WHO is sounding the alarm with a very worrying warning for all countries around the world, and this is because it brings to the immediate attention of all people the fact that at the moment a new subvariant of the Omicron strain of the Coronavirus, called XBB.1.5, is causing concern among experts within the organization.

WHO says that this subvariant of Omicron is spread in the north of the USA at the moment, where a greater number of hospitalizations would be recorded in this period, until now determining the fact that it would be more contagious and in comparison with the BA.5 subvariant, or the others derived from it.

The WHO is monitoring this XBB.1.5 subvariant of the Coronavirus in tandem with the situation in China, where there are many daily infections reported among people, and where there are serious fears that new strains could appear that could generate new strong waves in various countries from around the globe, the situation being a very worrying one.

“At this time, TAG-VE is also evaluating the rapidly growing proportion of XBB.1.5 in the United States and other countries. An updated risk assessment of XBB.1.5, beyond the previous statement, is ongoing. Maintaining high levels of representative genomic surveillance in China and globally, annotating genomic sequences with relevant clinical and epidemiological metadata, and rapidly sharing these data are the pillars of timely risk assessment.

WHO will continue to closely monitor the situation in the People's Republic of China and globally and urges all countries to continue to be vigilant, to monitor and report sequences, as well as to conduct independent and comparative analyzes of different Omicron sublines, including on the severity of disease on which causes it."
