As regards Microsoft 365 Copilot, those from Microsoft announce that BANCA Transilvania employees will have an improved experience if they use Microsoft 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams within the bank.

BANCA Transilvania says that in these situations, employees will benefit from the improved synthesis of information, the generation of texts, presentations or images, but data analysis will also benefit from the implementation. When it comes to Github Copilot, BANCA Transilvania says that it will increase the efficiency of the software development part of the bank's team, with the ability to write code when needed.
BANCA Transilvania continues its collaboration with Microsoft, after in October 2023 it decided to integrate a search system based on artificial intelligence into Intreb BT, which was very successful in helping the bank's customers.
