Acea hotarare a unei instante germane a fost mentinuta saptamana aceasta cand Samsung a pierdut apelul formulat impotriva ei insa iata ca acum Apple pierde procesul prin care cerea interzicerea comercializarii tabletei Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N. Apple a formulat acest proces sustinand ca tableta si Galaxy Nexus incalca un brevet de inventie care are legatura cu tehnologia folosita in touchscreen-uri pentru smartphone-uri si tablete insa iata ca instanta germana care a condus sedintele de judecata nu a fost de acord.
Apple Inc. (AAPL) failed to get a preliminary ban on sales of Samsung Electronics Co.’s Galaxy 10.1N and Galaxy Nexus mobile phone from a German court.The Munich Regional Court rejected the motion today, in a case where Apple invoked a patent granted last year protecting technology related to touch screens for tablets and smartphones.
“Samsung has shown that it is more likely than not that the patent will be revoked because of a technology that was already on the market before the intellectual property had been filed for protection,” Presiding Judge Andreas Mueller said when delivering the ruling.
Nu se stie exact despre ce brevet de inventie vorbeste Apple insa este vorba despre unul obtinut anul trecut dar acesta nu pare sa fie chiar atat de important. Este foarte probabil sa vedem un apel formulat impotriva deciziei date astazi de instanta germana dar nu se stie cat succes va avea Apple in dovedirea pretentiilor sale.
