iOS 4.1 beta 2 available, here's what news it brings

Almost 2 weeks after the release of iOS 4.1 beta 1, Apple is finally releasing the beta 2 version for developers. This beta version is intended only for those who have neverlocked phones, they are not interested in jailbreak, but more importantly: they have the phone's UDID registered in a developer's account.

Here's what iOS 4.1 beta 2 brings:
1. The iPhone 3G/3GS baseband was updated to version 05.14.01_BL01, so the exploit used to decode the previous baseband was probably blocked.

2. The icon that will enable you to activate the "Spell Check" is available for all languages.

3. The "Phone" icon has its name translated into all languages.

4. Proximity sensor issues have been fixed, this fix only applies to iPhone 4.

5. Problems with displaying MMS messages on iPhone 3G/3GS have been solved.

These are the news from iOS 4.1 beta 2, the only important news is the baseband change and, most likely, the decoding block. Considering that beta 2 brings so little news, we could think that Apple released this beta version as a response to the legalization of decoding/jailbreak.
