The new Nokia N8 launched by Nokia is presented by the company as one of the top products, a high-end smartphone with a 12 megapixel camera that should compete directly with the rest of the smartphones on the market. Unfortunately, the reality is completely different, but now we will focus only on the aspects related to the performance of the Nokia N8 camera vs the performance of the iPhone 4 camera when it comes to recording a video clip.

In recordings from above (which unfortunately are not HD) you can easily see that the iPhone 4 records video clips at a slightly better quality than the Nokia N8, although the Nokia terminal is equipped with a 12 megapixel camera. The quality is not very good, but anyway it can be observed that the images displayed by the iPhone 4 are slightly clearer and have much more real colors compared to the images displayed by the N8's camera, which seem slightly erased, discolored.

I have seen other recordings made with the Nokia N8 camera and to be honest I was amazed by the clarity of the images, but looking at the images recorded by the people from Engadget it seems that the enthusiasm has gone. I don't know why the difference is in favor of the iPhone 4 terminal, but those from Apple should be congratulated again for the way they built the camera of the iPhone 4 terminal.
