PDANet turns your iPhone into a Wi-Fi HotSpot

PDANet is a fairly old application in Cydia, which since iOS 2.x allowed users to tether for free (although it was not officially supported by Apple) from their iPhones. Now the application has been updated for some time and in addition to the possibility of tethering via USB, it allows users to turn their terminal into a Wi-Fi HotSpot, so it has almost the same functionality as MyWi, but the advantage of the PDANet application lies in the fact that it is available for free in Cydia.

So the free Cydia version of PDANet will give you the opportunity to tether for free via USB, but it will also give you the opportunity to turn your iPhone into a Wi-Fi HotSpot. To use the USB tethering option you will need to install a desktop client for your computer, but for the Wi-Fi HotSpot option you don't need to install anything. The free version of PDANet works for 16 days in trial mode and after the expiration of this period, either buy a $16 license that will give you the opportunity to use all the options available in the application, or you can continue using it for free but you cannot browse sites that require log in.
