I saw this evening at Pro TV news an interesting clip in which some Romanian inventions were presented that will soon be found on the international market. First of all, we have the multitouch table manufactured by the people from TomTouch, a not exactly new product that was presented almost 2 months ago at the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Bucharest. The table is a 100% Romanian project made by Romanians and if you watch the clip you will notice that it works just as well as the tables seen in the CIS movies from the USA. You probably remember TableConnect, well, the table from TomTouch is much better, but it has a price of €9500, so it's not really for everyone.

Secondly, we have a PC tablet manufactured by a company from Brasov. The tablet will run the Android 2.1 operating system, have 256MB of RAM, 2GB of internal memory, will be produced in China and will cost only €200. The manufacturing company is called Visual Fan and the Allview AllDro tablet. I don't think it will give much competition to the iPad tablet, but if it is promoted decently in Romania, then maybe at this price it will find enough buyers here.

Thirdly, we have the application Trip Journal which was recently declared the most Hi applied for the iPhone (in the world) and an article written by me about it can be found here.

Fourthly, we have a Romanian E-Reader whose screen perfectly resembles paper.

Looking at these, it's like I feel proud to be Romanian again.
