The Google Goggles application for iPhone was updated tonight, the new update bringing some very interesting news. The first of them is related to advertisements, so point the terminal's camera at a printed advertisement, it will scan it and if it recognizes it, it will show you information about it in the browser. The second novelty is related to the sudoku game, which the application can now play using the Google search engine, of course. Notice in the video clip above that the application scans the board, searches Google for the necessary information and by simply pressing a button it will solve the entire game.

Our favorite weekend distraction is a quiet 15 minutes spent solving a Sudoku puzzle. But even that can be a frustrating experience if (like us) you make a mistake and are unable to solve the puzzle. Now, Goggles on Android and iPhone can recognize puzzles and provide answers to help make you faster than a Sudoku champion. So if you ever get stuck, take a clear picture of the entire puzzle with Goggles and we'll tell you the correct solution. Check out this video to see how it works.

The updated version for iDevices will be available in the AppStore in the near future. When you will be able to download it, I will let you know through a new article.
