A beta version of Cydia 1.1 is available through certain circles, I have it too and I'm making it available to you today, but unfortunately you won't have anything to do with it for now. This new version cannot be installed on all devices, on some it displays a certain error during installation, on others it is installed, but after installing it you will no longer be able to access the first page of Cydia. Saurik made some changes in the webkit of the application and unfortunately the first page doesn't load anymore, so I don't recommend you to install the application yet.

UPDATED: If you unzip the .deb file with 7-zip and manually copy the files over those in the Cydia folder on the phone and add permission 0755 to them, you will be able to install Cydia. The problem is that you won't be able to see anything on the first page.
