Animated App Icons is a new tweak recently released in Cydia that brings iDevices users the ability to display animated icons in Springboard. As you can see in the video clip above, all of the iOS icons are animated, but some of the applications installed there seem to have similar effects. Of course, the tweak works on the basis of mobilesubstrates and with Winterboard, so it will eat up battery and after a while it will definitely become annoying. I don't know which inconites, apart from the native iOS ones, can be animated, but I assume not too many and it all depends on the developer.
