Considering that Apple blocked the possibility to decode iPhone terminals in any network, most return to the classic question: does the Dev Team release any unlocking solutions? As you already know, the Dev Team is working on a decoding solution for more than half a year and the latest news from them told us that the team intends to develop a permanent decoding solution. Unfortunately, nothing has been heard about this since then and it is unlikely that we will hear anything in the near future because iOS 5 will be available very soon and launching an unlock solution now would be a stupid thing that the Dev Team does not will do.
In short, unlock maybe somewhere around July - August or not at all, earlier than that you have no reason to think about something like that because it's not worth it. Considering this idea, have you noticed that Apple has not updated the baseband of the iPhone 4 terminal since iOS 4.3? iOS 4.3.1/4.3.2 came but the baseband remained the same, unusual for Apple who updated basebands all the time on the iPhone 3GS the baseband was changed but still, Apple now has the freedom to do everything he wants.
