It seems that this afternoon Apple has very big problems with the activation servers of iTunes and extremely many users are complaining that after the restore they are left with the device in Emergency Mode. The problem manifests itself all over the world and on discussion forums of Apple there is a very long list of people who advertise practically the exact same thing problem. It doesn't matter what iDevice you have, they are all affected by the exact same problem and it seems that Apple is currently trying to solve it, but until it succeeds, be very careful not to update because you may not be able to activate the terminal.
I don't know if the problem also affects Romania, but theoretically we shouldn't be an exception to the rule since we connect to the same servers as the rest of the world.
