The Apple Store application becomes international, it allows the configuration of Macs

Yesterday, Apple focused on the Apple Store 2.0 event, which involved a series of changes regarding the way Apple stores are organized. The big news was the fact that in the stores the old cardboards where the product specifications were displayed were replaced with iPad 2 tablets. The new tablets run a special application that allows the interactive display of all the information about the products displayed in Apple stores around the world. In each store, next to each product, there is an iPad 2 tablet that runs this special application that displays all the necessary information for users interested in buying such a product.

The introduction of tablets is not the only change made by Apple yesterday because the Apple Store application was updated and allows configuring Macs directly from your iPhone. Now the application is also available in only a few European countries: France, Italy, Great Britain, Spain and that's about as far as I can tell. The important thing is the change that allows configuring Macs directly from the application because now we don't have to access the Apple website to do this since we have all the options directly in the application. It's a smart move by Apple, but it would have been even better if they had made the application universal.

That's all about Apple and Apple Store 2.0, we are still waiting for the launch of a store in Romania.
