Apple sued for using the name iCloud

iCloud Communications, a company present on the American market for several years, acted sued the Apple company, justifying its decision by the fact that iCloud is a registered trademark of iCloud Communications and Apple uses the name without right. iCloud Communications continues by saying that Apple's promotion of the iCloud name has greatly affected the company's brand, which is now entirely linked to the services offered by Apple to its own customers.

iCloud Communications claims that Apple offers the same set of services and that in the past Apple has violated other patents or trademark registration decisions. Basically, now those from iCloud Communications can no longer promote their services because their company name is 100% linked by the iCloud offered by Apple. If it's iCloud Communications, then Apple will have to take significant amounts of money out of their pockets to be able to continue using the name, because at the moment those from iCloud Communications are right. I don't know how many people will consider iCloud Communications as a separate company from Apple that has nothing to do with iCloud, and that could seriously harm the company's activity.

Certainly no one from Apple is worried and it's normal to be like that, they just have an "army" of lawyers who have defended the company so many times in the American courts.
