A week ago the Ballantines launched a campaign consisting of a viral video presenting the first interactive tattoo for the iPhone. In fact, in a tattoo parlor, a man was given a tattoo that contains a special code that can be read by an iPhone application and that starts a very interesting animation. Everything is done with the help of augmented reality and of course with the man who has the tattoo and on whom the whole action can be demonstrated best.

The idea had in the foreground the promotion of the Ballantines brand but also of creativity. The most interesting part is that the artist KARL who made the tattoo broadcast the entire operation on the Internet and through a Facebook page he talks to the people who gave him advice about how the tattoo should look. My opinion is that Ballantines managed to make one of the most interesting campaigns involving iDevices.
