iPhone compatible with 4G LTE networks now tested by mobile operators

The iPhone 5 will be presented in September by Apple, but until then we learn information about a new iPhone model that Apple has not said anything about yet.. According to BGR, certain mobile phone operators are already testing a compatible version of the iPhone with 4G LTE networks. Although those from BGR does not confirm the fact that the iPhone 5 will be compatible with LTE networks, there is a possibility that next year Apple will apply the same launch plan as this year, that is, to launch an iPhone 5 compatible with 4G LTE networks in the first half of 2012.

In the US, only a few mobile phone operators have 4G LTE networks and in Romania Orange has announced its intention to build such a network, but for now it is not known when exactly Apple will launch an iPhone compatible with this type of networks. The information about compatibility with 4G LTE networks was discovered in some iOS files received by BGR from sources inside a mobile phone operator. For us, now, an iPhone compatible with this standard is of little importance, but if Orange speeds up the launch of the 4G network, then in the future such an iPhone would be extremely useful in Romania.
