An app from the App Store fools users by saying that it jailbreaks

You all know that Apple is "allergic" to jailbreak and any kind of references made to this method of "liberating" iDevices cannot be found in the App Store applications. Well, that's right, "it wasn't found", because since October 25th there is an application in the App Store that gives users the impression that it can jailbreak our devices. The application is suggestively called Jailbreak and the description begins with a very suggestive text that leaves room for interpretation:

Jailbreak for all iPhones, iPods Touch & iPads. Let's do it right now!

FEATURES:
● Support of all firmwares from 3.0 to 5.0
(5.0, 4.3.5, 4.3.4, 4.3.3, 4.3.2, 4.3.1, 4.3, 4.2.1, 4.1, 4.0.2, 4.0.1, 4.0, 3.1.3, 3.1.2, 3.1 , 3.0.1, 3.0)

It's clear to me that this application doesn't jailbreak, but for those who just got an iDevice, how clear is it? The application itself is just a game, but it costs €7.99 and the game itself is not that great and definitely not worth that amount. I don't understand why Apple leaves such applications in the App Store knowing that users can be seriously misled by the description of the application. If you come across the Jailbreak application in the App Store, ignore it because it is absolutely useless.
