Apple has the most loyal users

It probably doesn't surprise anyone that Apple has had the most loyal users for several years and it's all due to the products developed by the company. This year GFK did a study among iDevice owners and discovered that on average 84% of iPhone owners will remain loyal to the company from Cupertino, while only 60% of Android terminal owners will buy such a device. The difference denotes how much iPhone owners "love" their own terminals, but also the good experience they have with the devices they use daily.

Apple is well ahead of rivals in building brand loyalty among its users in a mobile market where the key brands are rushing to build as large a foothold as possible, a study by research firm GfK showed.

Some 84 percent of iPhone users said they would pick iPhone also when they replace their cellphone, while 60 percent of consumers who use smartphones running Google's Android said they would stick with phones using the same software.

If we are talking about Nokia or RIM, the figures are much lower, a sign that for consumers Apple is still the best choice, although its operating system has a lot of shortcomings and the newer one comes equipped with a lot of problems. The "freedom" of other operating systems attracts very few users for now and those who are on such a system either return to iPhone or change Android to another operating system, but of course everything happens over long periods of time.
