If you have an iPhone 4S then it is very possible that at least once you have encountered problems with calls made from your own iDevice. I am having problems with static sounds during calls, but for some the problems are related with closing the sound at the initiation of a conversation or a few minutes after its initiation. Although Apple said it would solve all users' problems with the release of iOS 5.0.1/5.1, in reality things are completely different for now. It seems that iOS 5.1 will not solve the problems with turning off the sound, at least that is what the owners of iPhone 4S terminals who discuss on the forum Apple.
Some users of the Apple forum claim that the same problems were encountered on the iPhone 3GS/4, so the main culprit is iOS and not the iPhone 4S terminal. Although for now iOS 5.1 does not seem to have solved the problems, this version of the operating system is not yet publicly available in iTunes, so Apple still has time to fix everything that is broken.
