The past days I wrote about an announcement by Pod2G in which we were told that all the exploits needed to develop the untethered jailbreak solution for iOS 5.1 had been collected and that the development process was proceeding according to plan. Today Pod2G announces that it has succeeded in making progress in the development of the jailbreak solution and has removed the ASLR security system implemented by Apple in the iOS of our iDevices. This security system is very important and the progress made by Pod2G brings the jailbreak solution much closer to the public release, but you have to keep in mind that the process will not end today or tomorrow, but in a few weeks.
I recommend you not to be fooled by the fake "jailbreak solutions" that some announce that they are launching and to wait until Pod2G and their team develop the real untethered jailbreak solution for iOS 5.1.
