Tutorial: Restore the unlock done with SAM for iPhone

Apple has blocked the ability to decode iPhone terminals using SAM, but those who saved the previously made decoding can redo it whenever they want by following the steps below. For the whole process to work, you must have the card on which you decoded using SAM, no other card will work, so your attempts will be doomed to failure. If you have changed or lost the card on which you did the decoding then you will not be able to use this method to decode your iPhone.

The tutorial assumes that you have SAM installed in your terminal. If you don't have SAM installed then you can install it from the repo: http://repo.bingner.com.

Step 1

Connect your iPhone to your computer and use a PC utility or the iFile application in iOS to access your iPhone's system files.

Step 2

Locate the saved Lockdown file following the instructions provided in this tutorial or this.

Step 3

Go in /var/root/Library, delete the LockDown file already available there and copy the file with the decoding saved by you.

Step 4

Navigate to /User/Library/Preferences and delete the file com.bingner.sam.plist. This step is necessary to remove the initial settings of the SAM and to ensure that there are no decoding complications.

After performing these steps, close the iPhone, reopen it and you should have a signal. This tutorial can be repeated without limitation as long as you have the initial decoding files and the card on which you did the decoding.
