HTC is modifying the One X and EVO 4G to be able to sell them in the US

I told you that Apple managed to temporarily block imports of HTC terminals in the USA based on a decision that was granted to him last year by an American court. HTC had enough time to solve some problems of its own software, it didn't do this, and those from Apple took advantage. In order to still be able to sell their devices, those from HTC have started to modify the software from their own terminals to stop infringing Apple's patents. More precisely, the people from HTC made a new menu in which users choose what happens when they click on a phone number, an email address, a url, etc.

The new system thought by those from HTC will be implemented only in the USA, but if Apple will think of attacking the Taiwanese and on other continents, then probably the entire Android interface on HTCs will be modified to work like this. Although forced, the change made by HTC is commendable because now users have the option to choose which applications to open an email address, a phone number, a url, GPS coordinates, etc., so in the end there will be more freedom. After the new system is implemented in all HTCs blocked in customs, the company will probably receive the approval to introduce and sell them in the US.
