Clambook is a new product recently introduced on the market, and it has the role of turning our smartphones into "laptops". The Clambook has a design similar to that of the MacBook Air and the most interesting part is that this product is actually just a case with a keyboard/touchpad and a screen, it does not have the necessary hardware to run an operating system. Clambook allows users to connect an iPhone to it, and the images on the terminal's screen are displayed on the case's screen.
Everything is similar to Apple's Video Mirroring, but we are talking about a device that allows us to control the smartphone using the physical keyboard and touchpad. Clambook will charge the iPhone as soon as you connect it to it and the displayed images are in accordance with the orientation of your screen. Unfortunately with an iPhone you will not be able to use the included touchpad or part of the keyboard keys, but even so the product is announced to be very interesting for those who have to make presentations or simply want to watch a movie.
Clambook will be available at the end of this year, but for now it is not known how much it will cost.
