iPhone 5 – the first battery autonomy test

One of the most important aspects of a mobile terminal is the autonomy you can get by using it, again iPhone 5 it shouldn't offer a very different experience from iPhone 4S, to this chapter. To see exactly how the new one behaves iPhone 5 in everyday use, those from MacWorld they subjected it to a not very scientific test, and you can see the result in the image above. They tested a looped video clip to see if the battery works for 10 hours, as Apple claims, but unfortunately in the real world what Apple says doesn't really apply.

The problem is that tests of this kind are not 100% conclusive because no one only watches videos with the GSM/Wi-Fi network and other applications closed, but at least you can get an idea about the video playback time. In the real world, I managed to get only 4 hours of use on the iPhone 5, other users got a bit more, and it all depends on how you use the terminal. If you have activated all the iCloud functions that upload photos, documents, etc. to Apple, then the autonomy will be very small, but if you close the unnecessary things for you, then the autonomy could turn out to be somewhat better.
