Nokia could sell its headquarters to reduce some of its operating costs

Although it seemed hard to believe, those from Nokia I'm taking into consideration the possibility of selling the headquarters in Finland in an attempt to reduce part of the company's operating costs. Nokia has already closed several factories, announced that it will lay off 10.000 employees by 2013, and now it will sell some of its properties around the world, the headquarters in Finland being among them. The value of the Nokia headquarters is estimated at 200-300 million euros, an amount that could greatly help restore financial security within the company, but only if it is obtained in the event of a sale.

Recently, Nokia has returned to the world's attention thanks to the Lumia series terminals, but users were not really that impressed by them and did not buy them in large numbers. Even so, the company looks with confidence to the future, to the partnership with Microsoft, but if it had made the decision to produce Android terminals as well, then it would have been somewhat more successful in a market dominated by iOS and Android.
