Microsoft Surface represents only 0.13% of internet traffic made using tablets

Tablet Microsoft Surface was launched with great fanfare by Microsoft, but that did not convince consumers to "run" to the stores to purchase it, and Chitika shows us in a graph how successful the product is. Practically Microsoft Surface it represents 0.13% of the internet traffic made using tablets, 7 times less than the Nexus series tablets, and if we make a comparison with the 90 percent that the iPad tablet has, we can get an idea about how the tablet was received.

Domestically, Google Nexus tablet users are generating more than seven times the Web traffic of the Microsoft Surface, but it is important to note that the original Nexus 7 had a head start, debuting this past July. With time, it would seem likely that this gap will narrow as Surface sales grow.

Those from Chitika analyzed only the internet traffic from the US and Canada to make this graph, a global representation would have the same results and for now Microsoft Surface is far from being the revolutionary product that should have changed the world. Probably in the future things will change, probably Microsoft should promote tablets more strongly, but until another they are not very successful.
