Throughout 2013, the App Store generated more revenue than Coca-Cola

During this day the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), announced that App Storegenerated no less than 10 billion dollars for developers of applications for the iOS platform. The amount is huge, and the people at Businessweek thought about it to compare it with the total revenues for the year 2013 of several American companies. As you can already see from the image, App Storegenerated almost 2 billion dollars more than the company Coca-Cola in 2013, and the difference between businesses is enormous.

Practically only part of the entire service system of those from Apple generated more money than one of the companies that produces some of the most popular carbonated drinks on the globe. It was somewhat expected to see comparisons of this kind, even if we are talking about the total revenues of one company and those of a service offered by another, but this way the differences can be very easily put into perspective.
