Last week, the first information appeared that suggested the idea that the acquisition of the company Beats by Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it doesn't seem so sure anymore, video confirmation made by Dr. Dre for the purchase being an impediment. Well, today we find out completely different things, Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), still being close to buying the company Beats, the difference being that the final purchase price would have been reduced by 200 million dollars.
It is speculated that this price reduction would be due to the video clip recorded by Dr. Dre to brag about the acquisition of the company by Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, but things don't just end there. The small number of subscribers that the Beats company has gathered over time and various other problems discovered by the Apple company would have generated this substantial reduction in the purchase price.
Despite this new information, the Apple company remains determined to acquire Beats Audio and the official announcement could be made this week. Moreover, the initial plan to include co-founders Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine in Apple's management team remains valid, as they will also be present on Monday at the opening keynote of WWDC 2014.
