Here is the first smartphone with a 6250 mAh battery and the great compromise imposed

Dogee smartphone battery 6000 mahSmartphone battery autonomy is one of the main "concerns" of users, but also of manufacturers of this type of mobile terminals, and an Asian company is trying to solve the problem with a major change for the industry.

More precisely, those from Dogee have implemented the first 6250 mAh battery in a smartphone, and in the images of this article you can see the mobile terminal whose battery has a capacity more than double that of 6 iPhone Plus, so theoretically it can offer double autonomy.

Called Homtel, the Dogee smartphone has a thickness of 9.9mm to be able to "hide" the enormous battery that users can enjoy, so we are talking about a great compromise made in terms of design to offer an autonomy great for the terminal.

Although it has a battery with a capacity close to that of a tablet with a 7-inch screen, smartphones charge extremely quickly, 75% of the total battery capacity being charged in no less than 30 minutes thanks to a charging technology fast from the MediaTek company.

In terms of hardware, the HomTom smartphone is based on a MediaTek MT6735 chip with a quad-core processor, a 5.5-inch screen with a 720p resolution of 1280 x 820 pixels, a 13-megapixel main camera, a front camera of 5 megapixels and Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Although the specifications are very good for an Android smartphone from a largely unknown manufacturer, for now it is not known what the selling price will be at the time of launch, but I don't imagine it could cost more than 300-400 dollars on the markets from China.

The main "lesson" that many should learn from here is that smartphones with large batteries also require a compromise regarding the thickness of the case, so if you want very good autonomy, you must be prepared to walk with "bricks ” in pockets, otherwise the implementation of large batteries is impossible.
