Apple claims that "only" 21% of Apple Music users have canceled their subscriptions

Apple Music cancel subscriptionsYesterday a study published in the USA suggests that half of those who activated Apple Music also canceled their subscriptions monthly for the service, the percentage being worrying not only for Apple, but also for analysts from Cupertino.

The percentage is very high and it would make it clear that Apple Music would be far from what the users want for now, but the Apple company tried to calm things down a bit by stating last night that "only" 21% of those who activated the service have canceled the monthly subscription.

The answer provided by the Apple company for this study is, as you would expect, quite vague, so Americans now say that 79% of those who have activated Apple Music still use the service, but it is unclear for now what they "understand" ” the Apple company by use.

Theoretically, considering that we are talking about an answer given to a study that talks about deactivating the monthly subscriptions of Apple Music, the answer would refer to those who really deactivated the subscriptions for the audio streaming service of those from Cupertino.

If this information were true, then more than 8 million people would still be users of Apple Music and would have the option to pay monthly for the service activated, but it remains to be seen how many will actually remain with it activated after September 30, when they will have to pay.

Apple has intensively promoted Apple Music and continues to do so throughout the world, including preparing a much more aggressive marketing campaign for its audio streaming service, so it is very likely that the number of users will increase significantly in the next period.

I told you a few weeks ago how to cancel your Apple Music subscription and to be completely honest, in Romania the service doesn't really make sense since the iCloud music library can't be activated and we can't download songs offline.
