Apple's autonomous car enters the final stage of testing

The Apple car has been in the development process for some time, but those from Cupertino are ready to do the first public tests with their future product, they are meeting with the American authorities to discuss the process.

Those from Apple had meetings with representatives of the department for vehicles in the US, more precisely with those who deal with the regulation of autonomous cars that can be tested on American roads.

According to the British newspaper The Guardian, which obtained official documents confirming the meeting between Apple and the authorities, the Apple car project has entered the final testing phase, which also involves driving on public roads.

For now, Apple has discussed with the American authorities about the legislation regarding the testing of autonomous cars on public roads, and it involves providing public details about the tested product, something that Apple will certainly not do.

In this idea, we can expect the Apple car to be tested in a private location and only before the launch to reach the public roads, but this last step is still far from being achieved.
