The head of the Apple car project will leave the company

Apple car confirmedHead of the developing division Project Titan within Apple, that is, the project electric and possibly autonomous carsSteve Zadesky, will leave his position in the company in the next period for personal reasons.

Although his departure is sudden and raises a lot of question marks regarding the future of the Apple car project, it seems that Steve Zadesky's departure has nothing to do with anything other than personal problems, as he has been employed by Apple for more than 16 years.

In 2014, Steve Zadesky received the task of investigating the possibility of Apple developing an electric and autonomous car, he was chosen to organize a division to develop the car, and at the end of last year he had to triple the team of 600 employees of this division.

Steve Zadesky was also a Ford engineer before joining Apple, and recently it seems that his Apple team had problems reporting achievable goals for the development of the electric and autonomous car that is under development.

Still, the pending departure marks a setback for one of the most talked-about projects in the technology field. Apple has become the most valuable company in the world making consumer electronics products, but moving into the automotive sector poses big new challenges.

It seems that the Apple team that develops the electric car is of the opinion that the objectives imposed by the management are not achievable, and the answer of Tim Cook's team was that they must be met by the end of 2019 for the car to be launched on the market.

Basically, Apple is developing an electric and autonomous car, but the team that makes it is not confident that the objectives set can be met, the head of this team is going to leave the Apple company in the next period, for personal reasons.

Looking at things from the outside, it seems that Apple has problems in developing its electric and autonomous car, but this was to be expected and in 3 years it has enough time to solve everything in order to launch the product on the market.
