Apple helps thousands of iDevice owners every day through Twitter

Yesterday I told you that Apple launched a special account on the microblogging network Twitter through which he recommends various useful tricks for iDevices, but through which he also offers help to users who have various problems with their own terminals.

With over 132.000 followers gathered in a single day, the account is a resounding success, reaching the attention of over 86 million people on the planet, so Apple has achieved its goal of making it popular by using the press.

Although only one trick was published there yesterday, the Apple employees who manage that account are much more concerned with helping users who have problems, they provide around 100 answers per hour for people who ask for their help every day.

We are talking about almost 2 answers given every minute, and about 2400 answers in a whole day, the figure being impressive considering that we are talking about a network that was not normally thought to allow the offering of help.

Although Apple offers help for users both by phone and through its own website or by email, Twitter also proves to be extremely useful, and the next step could be the creation of a special help page within Facebook.
