Which smartphones offer the greatest satisfaction to consumers?

A study recently published in the USA presents the results of a comparison regarding the degree of satisfaction of consumers who use smartphones, and the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), came out on top again, this time without sharing the first position with those from Samsung.

If last year Samsung si Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), shared first place with an 80% satisfaction rate among consumers for smartphones launched this year Apple rose to 81%, while Samsung kept its percentage and dropped to the second position.

Although those from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), managed to win the first position in the list of smartphone manufacturers, she did not manage to reach the first position with a smartphone, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 being the smartphone that offers the greatest satisfaction to consumers.

After that, we have the iPhone 6S Plus, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+, Samsung Galaxy S6 Note 4 and iPhone 6S, the top being dominated by Samsung terminals which, however, do not attract a degree of satisfaction as high as that of Apple's iPhones.

Apple moves up 1% to take sole possession of the industry lead at 81, just ahead of Samsung, unchanged at 80. Lenovo's Motorola recedes 3% to 77, as does HTC (75), while LG remains at 74. Microsoft Mobile, with both Nokia- and MS-branded phones, dips to 74, followed by the smaller manufacturers, which edge up 3% to a combined score of 73.

Apple places a very high price on studies of this kind, and if in the tablet segment it dominates competing companies without a right of appeal when it comes to customer satisfaction, in the case of smartphones things are quite different.
